宜蘭市北津里津梅磚窯,是縣內保存較為完整的磚窯。停窯二十多年後,地方決定加以整修,社區發展協會並決議將津梅窯改名為宜蘭磚瓦。
希望透過文化再造,將它發展成宜蘭縣磚窯博物館。這座磚窯已具百年歷史,國有財產局及縣府原預定拆掉興建國宅,大家認為十分可惜,已聯名陳情希望保留磚窯。並將面積達五分地的該區規劃為全國第一座磚窯公園。
一旁重製的手押臺車鐵道軌距為850公釐。
